Palliative care

Palliative care is not care trying to cure you. Rather it is designed to relieve pain or discomfort. It can be received in many settings: our home, a hospital, a long term care facility, an out patience facility and a hospice.

The difference between palliative care and hospice care. Hospice care is care for people who typically have less then a year to live. Palliative care is for anyone with a serious health condition who needs relief from pain and other symptoms.
